    He only scored two goals for us. Mind you, they were in our Second Division relegation season, when we scored the fewest goals in our history. Is he really the left back we need? I've just realised that today (your time) is his 68th birthday. Happy Birthday, Johnny, if you read this, or are you on the Colchester board?

    He has gone to Ipswich, anyway. How they expect a 68 year old to help them beat Bournemouth, I have no idea.
    Perhaps they think he will get nowhere near the Bournemouth forwards so when they fall over in the penalty area not even a Championship ref will give a penalty.
