As I said marginal. The league as a whole is weaker than in recent seasons especially at the bottom. We would have had more points than last year if we had kept the same team!

A few weeks ago when I thought we would finish with a higher points total than last year, I was going to offer you the get out of saying maybe its a poorer league than last year, but I thought, nah, see if he comes up with it himself... If we finished with a lower points total and someone said its because the league is stronger this year, what would you have said to them? All conjecture? Do you honestly believe the improvement between now and 12 months ago is only marginal? First 15 league games 2014 = 12 points First 15 2015 = 28 points
Is the season 15 games long? after 39 games we are how many points better off than at the same stage last year? Is is 1 or 2? As I say marginal. If you think we are playing substantially better than last year I disagree, we are better in some areas and worse in others. We have made marginal progress. All progress is welcome but it's nothing to knock one out about.....
Marginal. Didn't we have a decent run at this point last year which saw us pull away from the lower reaches of the table? Isn't 4 points less than a 10% improvement? How would you define marginal? What are the goal difference and goals scored comparisons looking? How many times have we been second best and fluked a win this year? I rest my case.
Did I read this correctly? Are you suggesting that this is the first season that we've had fluky wins? As far as I'm concerned, apart from the occasional brilliant day, every win over the last few seasons has been flukey. Difference this season is that I can enjoy the games, and don't have to watch though my fingers, fearing the worst. If flukiness is a factor to consider, then I would argue that we've been less fluky this season. No doubt about it in my mind. (And don't go off on one - I still accept that we're fluky this season too).
Every team has fluky wins with the exception of the Wallies. Youre correct too about not having to watch games through fingers. Were a match for anyone in the league and our record post Xmas against the top sides, is proof of that. Last season we were in the top two I believe on the run up to xmas and were still ahead of that season on points
Last season on Boxing Day we were in the play off positions after drawing at Blackpool and everyone agreed we had totally fluked our way there after picking up some unbelievably lucky wins. If it was somehow possible for our team last season to play against this season's one the current one would win (imo)
Im still abit concerned about wooton though abit weak at defence should have thought he would have improved by now ? think we need another strong central defender and maybe put bamba in wootons position and also a striker who scores regular

No You did not read it right suggest you slow down with reading ha ha my point is that wooton is abit suspect on his defensive duties and that leeds need a strong defender to put in wootons place as wooton i dont think at this present time is up to it, and put a strong right back defender in wootons place , with bamba as centre defender as he does now , but if leeds cannot get a good right back defender , they should move bamba to right back and buy a good centre defender to go where bamba is , clear now ? whats your thoughts on wooton and leeds being suspect in defence still ?
leeds can go 10th tomorrow if sheff wed draw or lose at home to huddersfield and leeds beat blackburn at home lets hope tool thompson has not disrupted it ?
