If you pay by Mastercard and it gets cancelled you'll get your money back if you contact them (they don't publicize their insurance cover) That said, it's utter contempt of fans. Boycott it
Not by name but it certainly inferred, unless you think someone else is running our club now? Oh. You're so far up your own arse you can't see the obviously right in front of you.
So now you think it was Allam's actually decision? I wouldn't have thought so personally, but if you think he should take the blame, then fair enough. It's shabby, whoever decided to implement it.
Not stopping them. Seems the club are aware its plastics who are desperate to see Stevie G and will do owt to see him. http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/article/liverpool-clash-set-to-attract-a-full-house-2357880.aspx The Tigers’ Barclays Premier League home fixture against Liverpool already looks to be heading for a sell-out after tickets went on sale at the start of the week. More than 2,000 tickets were sold to supporters during the first two days of general sale and with Liverpool likely to sell their full allocation of seats, the ‘sold-out’ signs are set to go up at the KC Stadium once more. The game is currently scheduled to be played on Saturday 18th April and although that date is subject to change due to Liverpool’s continued involvement in the FA Cup, it hasn’t stopped fans from snapping up tickets for the clash despite warnings from the Club that there will be no refunds should the game be rescheduled. Buoyed by recent home wins against Aston Villa and Queens Park Rangers and a gallant display in a narrow defeat to league leaders Chelsea last Sunday, supporters have been eager to throw their support behind the team as the Tigers look to secure a third successive season in the top flight of English football for the first time in the Club’s history. Steve Bruce’s men are currently three points clear of the relegation zone with a superior goal difference compared to all of the sides below them, and having beaten Liverpool 3-1 at the KC Stadium last season hopes are high of a repeat in front of a full house. “The supporters have been terrific and more than played their part so far and we thank them for that,” said manager Bruce. “We need your support and if we can combine that with the kind of performance we put in against Chelsea last weekend then I’m sure we will get to where we want to be.” The Club is now urging supporters wanting to attend the game against Liverpool to book their seats as soon as possible. Tickets are available to buy online at www.ticketing.hulltigers.com, in person from the KC Stadium Ticket Office or by calling 01482 505600 with prices as follows: £50 Adults, £30 Seniors (65+)/16-22 Year-Olds, £20 Juniors aged 11-15 years, £12 Juniors aged 10 and under.
We've had many discussions on here about ticket prices and we all pretty much agree 16 was too low and 50 too high. But now we are getting the big clubs here I'm not so sure. We couldnt sell out at 16 quid but can at 50. Why should the owners reduce the 50 quid games. Dont think i would.
We should perhaps have four categories. Liverpool, Man U, Chelsea and Arsenal will generally always sell out. It's the other Cat A games that suffer, this season City, Spurs and Southampton. That said a fair number of those will be plastic enemies in the home stand as evidenced on the recent day of rest, so prices should be lowered to actually fill the ground with our own supporters.
This whole thing stinks. I got an e-mail today from HullTigers.com, telling me the general sale tickets for the game are selling like hot-cakes for the 18th. Game likely to be rescheduled when ?/if Liverpool beat Blackburn in the FA Cup replay. WHY have we no rescheduled date announced yet should Liverpool win ? What's so difficult about setting that rescheduled date should Liverpool beat Blackburn ? They are out of Europe, so are City, City are out of the FA Cup also. Is this anything to do with TV coverage, or is it purely to do with negotiation between Liverpool, City and the FA ? It's playing havoc with my planned trip back home ( I am a season ticket holder btw). Give us at least a MOST-LIKELY date for playing the postponed fixture. A couple of lads on here game me a couple of potential dates a few weeks ago, but why are the club not making more effort to publish potential dates and hold back general sales until the outcome of the FA Cup replay is known ? This is despicable treatment of supporters - whether season-ticket holders or general sale customers.
What are the factors then with the TV boys ? Europe vs whatever time slots available to maximise revenue ? Regardless of English teams left in Europe ? Can't others pick the game up / BBC, ITV whatever ?
Ohh is the Trust position changing now from happy with Allam apart form the name change to we cant work with him at all and will have to plough our own furrow?
BBC and itv can't show live prem games and they never will Only Sky and BT Probably be highlights on sky football special at about 10 30 pm
