I suspect that Nigel likes being able to be part of our story again now that Nicola has gone. And since he isn't the manager of another club, he can comment on our good news without it looking strange. Did he ever really have it?
Shhh..! And Nigel can do what he likes. It gives him something to chat about on Twitter and keeps his profile alive, not that he does it to keep himself noticed, but it doesn't hurt. He also mentions Reading, Scvnthorpe, Bangor, etc... occasionally. We're just more newsworthy.
Feel rotten now. Great thing about Nigel is that he just dusts himself off and starts again. Lesson to us all.
No worries, he hasn't complained and I think he has enjoyed the way his career changed course, he enjoyed his time with us and deserves a good position now, only a matter of time.
