Ashley Williams isn't getting any younger, not that he will be replaced any time soon, but we do need some depth in quality at the back, which we are short on, so this is no surprise to me..............
With Amat signing extention recently there's no chance of a central defender being a priority this summer. Ash and Fernandez probably among top 10 central defenders in premier league, with Amat and Bartley as cover we are more than able to hold our own in this area.
If it's one, it'll be Bartley. He came to Swansea from Arsenal to get first-team football, and it's not really worked out for him so far. I still rate him, but we have better at the club. So if he does want regular first team football, he's going to have to look elsewhere in the league, the Championship or abroad.
