Good morning all from a chilly Weston-super-Mare, I'm having my knees x-rayed this afternoon, depending on what they find, I may need advice from BB!

    Have a good day! <ok>

I feel I was mugged on saturday. I was confident of five points on friday, now I think we will be lucky to get one. Derby County will start winning and Middlesbrough will now beat us. How do Bournemouth get given so many penalty kicks? Their forwards are very unstable and fall very easily.

Well it has been a beautiful Spring day here, with the sun shining down throughout on the tree blossom. Warm enough to leave the coat in the house, and not need heating on indoors. Tomorrow I will be jumping on a plane and going over to the UK, but will be coming back again Thursday. Having just seen the weather forecast for the country I think I might feel the cold. Still I am hopeful that the delightfully named Brasenose Arms will have a nice log fire and that the Hook Norton best is in good condition. A pint awaits you if you know where it is. :emoticon-0100-smile

Very nice indeed - you cannot beat a log fire and a decent pint of ale.

Thanks for the coffeee ak (and for the last 6 months supply!).

Whatever happened to Fossefilberto? Has he developed "big club complex" now the Foxes are (temporarily it seems) in the top league and is now too important to deign to come on this board? Or maybe he has retired to the cupboard under the stairs to bemoan what a terrible manager Pearson is.....

There was an author from Hampshire
Gave false reasons of good cheer
A throat so sore he'd had
    Now wasn't feeling so bad
But a heavy cold he now did fear.

Evening from the rural Oxfordshire/Northants/Warwickshire borders. First of all it is blooming cold here. It comes as a bit of a shock to the system, but the locals seem to think this is normal for the time of year. Oh what joy to be reunited with my favourite real ale. As soon as I walked into the pub I ordered one and just how good was that. While talking to a gent leaning against the bar he asked if I had enjoyed that as much as I appeared to. I told him just how much of a treat it was and how well the landlord kept it. Seems as if the man I was chatting to was the cellar man at the pub and after my praise he provided me with a second pint. :emoticon-0102-bigsm
Having become more of a wine drinker these days, a decent enough bottle of wine in France is cheaper than a pint of ale here, I am just hoping that the sudden influx of fluids does not have an adverse effect during the night. :emoticon-0112-wonde

Good morning all from a chilly Weston-super-Mare, we didn't get the rain and hail they promised for yesterday afternoon, I hope that doesn't mean we won't get the sunshine they've promised for today!:(

    Have a good day! <ok>
