    Utd win would be good for getting 4th place at least, as we'd be 6 points in front of Pool in 5th.

    Pool win would be better if we're aiming for 2nd or 3rd, as 4th would then be 57 points behind us.
    Draw would actually be the same, so that's my preferred option

    I think if we win today Arsenal will take third and we'll be pole position for fourth - you're likely to beat us next week but we won't lose many more.

    Watching rivals play to pick each other off is so much more enjoyable when you did your job and got all 3 points. :).

    Liverpool aren't playing that badly. United are just playing very well. Passing is crisp, they're compact, Liverpool can't keep up with them.

    Have to say that's great refereeing. Not only spotting the Herrera foul but also the Stevie Me foul. Both yellow for Herrera and red for Gerrard.

    TBH no Gerrard is better for Pool than for us, he's largely passed it, and I think we could have run the game past him like we did last season when we won 2-0.
