yer it even tastes like the premier league , fancy some of it ? ha ha 8 games to go for leeds , i say no surrender ! ha ha
I think the key point you're forgetting is that even if we win 8 straight games and finish with 75 points, Brentford only need 10 points from their final 8 games to match that, and Ipswich only need 11 to do the same: both have a superior goal difference so would still finish above us. It's all well and good getting to 72+ points, but there are 11 teams ahead of us whose points tally over the next 8 games needs to be low enough for us to pass them. This will not happen. Give it a rest, there is no way we will finish in the play offs. Top ten would be a decent finish.
brentford are losing at half time at home 0-2 next matches for them is away to fulham with fulham bouncing back and beating them , then they are at home to notts forest where they lose again that means they are now down to 5 matches left do you see how it works ? other teams have to play each other so there is still a chance , meantime fingers crossed with leeds !
does not matter they could only draw against a side in the bottom 3 thats only 1 point and a lucky one as they scored on 91mins , if leeds win today we move 2 points closer to brentford thats the flaw in YOUR logic
My point was that you're making assumptions - you said Brentford would lose today, and will lose to Fulham and Nottingham Forest in their next two games. If that were the case, with 5 games left we would be six points off - assuming we won today and the following two games. You're making assumptions and passing them off as nailed on certainties, that's the flaw I'm referring to.
Only flaw i can see is that someone taught sniffer to type - but forgot to teach him how to think first!
i made no assumptions please read properly ! the scenario was ...... leeds are now 15 points behind 6th place and mathematically possible to catch them while ever it is there is hope , but it sounds like you have given up ? if you were in leeds team and i was manager you would be on the subs bench , till it was un mathmatically possible !
Glad your not manager no players would want to play for leeds with the non sensicle things you come out with get back in your cave CHIPPY GLORY ! ha ha
sniffer, I was all up for a playoff place until Redders declared mid table as an achievement, and top ten as a great achievement, but that's another conversation altogether Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
It's marginal, and to be in a worse position given the ****eness of blackpool, millwall, wigan or rotherham would have been a real achievement.
Fewer expensive donkeys to get rid of that no-one wants too! Kids coming though at last. Some really decent signings. Things are deffo better than last season this time.
