Didn't he say he would seek revenge after the trial? http://www.independent.co.uk/news/b...-settling-bribery-trial-for-100m-9695733.html “Now I am in a position where I have got a little bit more time and I shall follow my old idea in life: ‘Don’t get mad, get even.’ I haven’t got mad but I’m going to get even,” Mr Ecclestone said."
The formula is in a bit of a mess, only hope it survives and strengthens to become a force and spectacle worth watching. It feels like mistakes all round. The only long standing teams are Ferrari and Mclaren, scary.
I think Sauber technically almost qualify, sure they have been bought and sold a couple of times, but the team is effectively the exact same one. Lotus too, ok they have changed names and owners a few times again, but technically it's still the old Benetton team.
You are more generous than me. Continuity of staff is important. It has become so political. The likes of Red Bull have not contributed to the sport...fair weather participants rather than passion is how it feels. I do accept the workers in the teams have passion though. What made this sport? The ability to innovate. The transition it has gone through, unlimited testing should have been permitted during this. Like a war, innovation and invention would have come through. Trying to limit costs has done nothing to help the small teams and we see the result and predictable results.
Omnicorse reckon there could be a grid mix up in China with new rules set in place to stop teams tricking the fuel flow sensors to go beyond 100kg/hr. Teams like Mercedes and Ferrari are mostly in the spotlight. Omnicorse in China the FIA will apply a new technique that was enacted at the Australia Gp: Commissioners of the International Federation to measure the fuel pressure on a Formula 1 single-seater at several points of the power system, because so far the checks were done only near flow imposed by the FIA. The FUEL and LIMIT of 100 KG/H at 10,500 RPM Why Jo Bauer and his requested change? The reason should be fairly straightforward: because there is something more than a suspicion that someone is able to bypass the fuel flow meter that monitors the instantaneous consumption. Recall that, for regulation by 2014, should never go beyond the 100 kg/h when the engine exceeds 10,500 rounds of rotation. In 2015 it is INCREASED the sound and SPEED The sound of power unit 2015 has become more full than last year and the maximum rotation regime would arrive almost at 13,500 rpm. The fact is partly justified by the adoption of the mobile horns (for those who use non-Ferrari, for example) that allow a better filling of the combustion chamber and, consequently, greater efficiency in the exploitation of fuel, but the FIA thinks that there is someone who has found a way to get around in certain situations the gasoline pressure controls carried out upstream of the meterbecause the system could happen something unmeasurable, especially as a quantity of fuel is used to power the engine, but for cooling the upper part of the engine. REDUCE THE MAXIMUM PRESSURE TO CREATE A BACKFLOW According to OmniCorse.it bringing power to pressure 500 bar facilitates the task: apparently just scientifically reduce the pressure for a while at full power, giving full discharge then to get a fuel drain that goes well beyond the 100 kg/h, giving a surplus of power to exploit without the flow meter indicates any anomaly. HONDA AND RENAULT THERE THINK... Given that Renault still uses injectors by Bosch bar 250, it seems clear that Red Bull Racing and Toro Rosso cannot benefit from this positive effect, while Mercedes, Ferrari and Honda have useful technology to take this advantage. The Japanese are too much messing around with the reliability of the power RA615 H unit, so it is easy to delineate which exploit the situation would only Mercedes and Ferrari. And think that is the result of men found in Maranello that already last year could use Magneti Marelli injectors, high pressure, though fearing the effects on reliability had preferred to leave to lose after the first experiment, while PU 106A in 2014 apparently did not go beyond 250 bar. …BUT MERCEDES AND FERRARI SEEM TO YOU ' At Brixworth the antiphon must have understood well and with the new direct injection introduced on PU106 B are theoretically able to search the surplus of power just like the ferraristi. These are just speculations of paddock? It's possible, but we'll see whether China will change something in the power peaks of existing engines, more fuel-thirsty than in the past ...
Mercedes still seems the most efficient engine so it seems unlikely that they are the prime suspect of a trick that uses more fuel? The Ferrari seems pretty well rounded this year as well. How ironic would this be if it turned out to be a Renault trick, after all they were the masters of trick engines last generation.
I'd like it not to be Mercedes, if only because I can stomach their current domination if it's simply because they've done everything a little bit better than everyone else, and not because they're abusing the spirit of the regulations, as Red Bull did frequently before. That said, I guess if it is Mercedes and an investigation leaves them with lower power, then we get a more competitive championship. Win-win for the fans, for once.
Alonso has been passed as fit for Malaysia, he'd going to need to bin it in FP1 if he wants to avoid driving the McLaren.
Pirelli will nolonger be Italian....Sorry Ferrari http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-32015529 Actually im starting to think nothing in Italy is italian anymore
Maybe them not being Italian will stop the tyres falling apart Sorry that was a unfair to Pirelli, they were told to make tyres of cheese by FIA.
I know they're only one up from the Sun ect but... Lewis Hamilton hopes Mercedes deal will be signed this week Bet it won't be
Trying to remember how long it took Hamilton to decide between Mclaren and Mercedes... yeah, I'm with BLS on that one
Er, thanks for reminding me but I really don't want to go through that saga again. Maybe we should just ask EJ what will happen and be done with it.
