That wont matter. The bottom line is that JC makes the BBC alot of wonga and Top Gear is the crown jewel. Also, The producer failed to carry out his duties and even he says that he wants Jezza back on the show. From what is known so far it amounts to not very much. Jeremy Clarkson's Top Gear co-hosts Richard Hammond and James May were forced to grab him during the alleged attack on a show producer, a source has said. In Oisin Tymon's statement to the BBC inquiry, the producer has told how the only witnesses were Top Gear’s other hosts. One source explained: “It happened outside the hotel, with just the four of them there. "When Jeremy hit Oisin, Richard and James grabbed him to stop him from going in again. "Afterwards, they seemed shocked and stayed with Oisin, asking if he was OK, while Clarkson returned to the bar.” Tymon could report Jeremy Clarkson to the police for allegedly assaulting him, but he is only likely to take the drastic action against his boss is he feels the truth is “whitewashed” during the BBC probe. It also emerged he does not want the iconic host sacked over the late night bust-up. Instead Tymon wants Clarkson to have anger management counselling, a source claimed.

Shock horror NOT.!!!!!!!! Today it has been reported that the facts have been handed to the DG Tony Hall who will decide what happens next. The easy solution is for Tony Hall(who is a Clarkson fan) to take direct control of Top Gear. Away from Danny Cohen's envious clutches.
