Since he arrived at Wigan Nov 19th 2014 Malky Mackay's record over 21 Championship matches is Won 5, Drawn 3, Lost 13, which is hardly awe inspiring despite still having a few decent players in his squad. Probably the most encouraging statistic would be that 4 of those wins have come in the past month, but they are still 6 points adrift from safety with 8 matches to play - fortunately for Wigan both Fulham & Rotherham lost their matches this evening. Fulham still managed a crowd of 19,200 for the visit of Leeds, losing 3-0 with 10 men.

Not sure how much of hindrance the racial undertones of his exting episode might be, but I guess Dave Whelan, with similar issues, liked what he saw.

Paul Clement (although, I am doing a very good job with my local team's U10s, worth a cheap punt?).

    Would like Howe or Clement.

Think we're likely to end up getting either Warnock or Holloway back.

Thats all very well but you have forgotten to mention that has taken over a club in turmoil on the way down that are selling their best players their owner/chairman Dave whelan, who has been a great stabilizing factor for 20 years, has steped down!?

Your stats are all very well but never tell the true story i.e. I have given up taken stats seriously when you read the stats from some games you will often see a team with more possession, more shots, more shots on target and more corners yet they lose 3-0, how on earth is that possible?

The only time we played any decent football in the last 3 years was with Steve Mclaren as coach.

Don't know how friendly Warnock & TF are after TF pushed him but he may be desperate enough to re-hire Warnock just to get us back into the PL in the event we get relegated.

If we did not hire Warnock or someone who has a history of getting teams back up, we could be in purgatory for some time ................. heaven for bid we slide even further to hell (Div 1 ).
Of course, this is all a hypothetical nonsense cause we will pull a few rabbits out of the hat and survive relegation.

Holloway would either build our club a great temple to worship or burn the place down.

My ideal choice - Alexander the Great.

Brilliant tactician, superb motivator, exceptional win rate.

He'd also be about 2,400 years old which is perfect for that short term approach that we all seem to love.

If he's that old, he and Harry would of bought, sold and shared a few players over their time.
Just to name one, P. Crouch MXl

I'd go for Adolf Hitler. We need to Blitzkrig these remaining last games. Only a short term contract, though, I don't think that he is a QPR man and wouldn't get on with Sir Les:emoticon-0130-devil
