I think it's a nice idea in principal but I don't think it's quite that simple. Doesn't really matter too much what I think though and thank **** for that. Too much pressure for me.
They'll have gone to the CPS the day they arrested them. They don't need an air tight case mate. If they have enough circumstantial evidence a CPS will charge him so they won't be waiting till they've got an air tight case as they don't need to. But they do need something be it solid or circumstantial and if they did he would have been charged today not rebailed. Hence they've got nowt imo. Sounds like all rests on forensics results when they come back.

It appears the girl has been relegated from being a 'victim' to a 'complainant' ........ what next 'bullshitter'? Tuesday 17 March 2015 - A spokesman for Durham Police said: "We stress again the warning we have already given, that anyone who publishes anything which may identify the victim of a sexual offence is committing a criminal act and will be dealt with accordingly." Wednesday 18 March 2015 - A spokesman for Durham Police said: “Sunderland AFC informed us this morning of their decision, which of course is a matter entirely for the club. The police investigation remains very much live and ongoing and a man remains on bail while enquiries continue. “We would once again urge those posting on social media to be aware of the effects their comments can have. We accept rumour and speculation may be inevitable, but many of the comments have been distressing to the complainant, her family and people connected with the investigation.” Speaking personally I'd avoid going through social media sites if my underage daughter had made these claims.
