I understand that there is still a possibility that the producer in question may bring criminal charges against Clarkson for ABH.......now that would be funny !!

 

Supposedly the producer and Clarkson made up straight after and the producer is devastated at how it's all proceeded with the cancellation and everything.

What is fact is the producer never even made a complaint and the situation didn't reach the headquarters until the week after, when Danny Cohen took it upon himself to suspend Clarkson and cancel the rest of this series, which does back up the first paragraph.
