The thing is now it's become so expensive to run an F1 team that it's become prohibitive for small manufacturers, that's why Mercedes and Ferrari are so dominant and there's talk of letting some teams enter 3 cars. I wonder who?

 

Actually,it's only Mercedes that are dominant. Ferrari, while a little better than the dreadful car they had last season are nowhere near the pace.

Mercedes will win this season at a canter. The only slight hope is that Rosberg can step up and compete with Hamilton. Last season Rosberg out qualified Hamilton but Hamilton batters him in the race, not always in outright pace, but in wheel to wheel racing and race craft.

Other than that, it's the rest of the teams fighting for best of the rest. It's obviously very early in the season but it looks like Ferrari fighting with Williams. The Red Bulls are currently nowhere and could possibly be embarrassed by their much lesser funded sister team Torro Rosso.
