based on the last few games, JOS and Bridcutt need to be given the boot. I couldnt beleive I saw Bridcutt jogging back when he got dispossessed against Villa then watched as they scored.

There's no reason to be appointing caretakers if Sam Allardyce is your man, **** caretakers it's pointless and chances are somebody promoted from within would change nothing. West Ham don't need him for this season now, they're treading water, waiting for the season to end. If you don't appoint him in the next few days (well, you'll see from his body language on the touchline in your next match probably) I doubt you'll be going for him at all.
