Cuadrado hasn't looked too good. Seems to need an extra touch and space. Early days in his Premier League career though.
To have a challenging chance we have to be absolutely immaculate in the league, but somehow its hard to imagine Maureen stuffing it up with such a large points advantage. He knows how to win the league by consistently grinding out results. Its a big shame that our early league form was so bad!
No we aren't winning the title as it stands. Second place is very much achievable so let's keep on winning and see what happens.
Agreed second is a very gettable spot for us the way we are going at the moment and City continue with their stuttering form. As long as we can keep Coqs fit then we have a good chance of maintaining consistency.
What an utterly embarrassing half from Spurs. No cohesion whatsoever. Townsend was offering no protection of the fullback and rightly got subbed off for being so bloody useless. Chadli's not been much better. Pathetic defending for the second goal. Dier, Vertonghen and Walker especially have been given an absolute run around by Fellaini, Young and Rooney. These two teams don't look like they are even in the same league. United have been a cut above.
Big opportunity next week, United play Liverpool I think. We go away to Newcastle. Time to open up some distance here...
Yep big opportunity coming up to really cement our place in the top 4 and hopefully put some distance between us and Utd, if City slip up again we can nab 2nd and then make that our goal to stay there, or dare we whisper it .... challenge the Chavs for the title ?
You should as Arsenal fans be shouting it. The more pressure put on Chelsea the more they are likely to slip up. If Arsenal were to beat Chelsea then the gap is only 4 points with Chelsea having a game in hand (which they may not win). The title is wide open in my view and between 5 teams. It is amazing how quickly people forget previous seasons and how hard it really is to get over the line on winning a title. Whichever of the 5 teams wins 8 of the last 9/10 matches will win the league I think.
I think it's still the scummy Chavs to lose, but if they do slip up and we can beat them, then it will definitely be on
Bollox. Has the last 10 years suddenly been erased in everyone's memory. Arsenal would need to be 10 pts above Chelsea to try and scrape the league on goal difference from this stage. Not 7 points (really 10 pts) behind. Real face palm stuff being posted here.
Do one. Only on guy on here keeps, posting this bollocks about us having a real chance at the title and he is Real Madrid fan. The rest of us think second spot is there for the taking with the way City is playing.
As for Spurs, they are just utterly pathetic. They peaked against us because that was their cup final. I want us to build a proper gap between us and those ****s this season. A double figure gap
