It's simple hypocrisy. Your opinion of either manager is irrelevant to me personally but at least be even handed. You never wanted Moyes so wanted him out yet have some weird infatuation with van Gaal so want to keep him, regardless of the performance on the pitch.

You weren't 'right' by the way as Moyes was not given anywhere near enough time or finance to attempt his job properly.

Yet you are adamant that van Gaal deserves both. Without warrant.

Proof of the pudding is where we end the season, not where we are now. If we finish fourth or better he'll deserve another chance, if not then he won't. He might get it but he certainly will not have earned it.

Bcos the season isn't over. He was playing Rooney in midfield and realised it was a fcking mess while you were defending him. He changed it and it's obvious everyone was right about Rooney playing up front. I say again, unless he changes his approach he will be gone. Bcos he will fail unless he changes.

Twice this season Mata has been the direct cause of two counter attacks against us. Caught in possession and left us wide open. We conceded from one of them definitely.

Nani once did this v Chelsea in a league cup game. Many United fans would have had him strung up for it.

We need to reduce the pressure on our defence. Not increase it.

Moyes got a full pre season, as much money as he wanted to spend, unwavering support from the club and still ****ed it up beyond anything expected.

van Gaal got barely any pre season, had to replace a large number of the squad and has had to rebuild the club after last season.

    Its not even comparable.

3 times Rooney has done the same. Conversely Fellaini has directly stopped us scoring 7 or 8 goals.

He tried rooney in midfield because he lacks a btb midfielder. Hence the never ending links with strootman and pogba.

It was never a permanent thing. He wasnt the first manager to do it either.

Fellaini is the oppositions main source of possession due to the fact he can't ****ing pass straight.

Has he? I doubt that anywhere near true (re Fellaini).

Difference between Rooney losing the ball and Mata is what happens next. Rooney runs like a nutter to help win it back. Mata doesnt.

Course. His 87% pass completion rate is incredibly poor.

    This is not true.

Whatever it is you think you know, you don't.

He was looking very good at one point, I don't get why he's gone downhill? He clearly has the talent it's up to the manager to bring the best out of him imo.

    Is that you <whistle> :bandit:

Look, I dont disagree with a lot of what you are saying. Ideally Mata would play, Fellaini would be sold and we would be playing breath taking stuff. As it is weve played dull, yet effective football (thats good football. Boring as hell a lot of the time but it gets results). Had players all over the shop and Fellaini is still here.

Had van gaal stuck to his style from the off then yes we would look incredibly good. We would be getting hammeres often though amd would be further down the league as we dont have the players to do it just yet. Fans would be asking what his plan b is and then what plan C is. We wouldbe asking for someone like Fellaini to toughen us up and moaning about how were are all show. Essentially what Arsenal fans moan about.

    Blind at left back? Interesting.

At the very least though a decent partnership in Carrick and Herrera. Then again, right now I have no idea what formation he'll go with. Looks like Mata might be out wide.

Herrera and Carrick could be a good midfield pairing. Mata will play wide right I think and yeh Blind LB.

Imo you need to sort out a solid formation and be hard to beat, I would go with........

    4-3-3

    Rafael-**** Knows-Blackett-Shaw
    --------------------Carrick-------------------
    ---------Blind-----------------Herrera
    ---------Mata-----------------Rooney------
    --------------------Wilson---------------------

At times I'd look to rotate Rooney up top as the second striker and Mata in the 10

    ---------------Mata-------------
    -------Wilson--------Rooney

He will go 433 next season. We will be a very different side and all the complaints being made will disappear next season.

This year was about one thing. Results that get us back into europe. Next year will be about much more.
