You seem to read and write everything in hyperbole. The OP is neither ****ting nor pissing his trousers, nor does he seem to be soiling his clothing in any other manner. I was just merrily pointing out to you that it was pretty funny to question why people gave a **** and then give enough of a **** to write the largest post on the thread so far. Don't get so put out by it, I was expecting a simple 'ho ho ho up yours fat **** ' sort of response.

couldnt care less about Defoe, infact i was mentally preparing a post about why i didnt want defoe at Newcastle. N'Zogbia though, is a great player

 

The fact of the matter is people are paying too much attention to Sunderland's signings. Ofcourse we want to know who they are, but none of the players they've signed should really concern us, and after so many posts and people saying stuff like "look how many signings Sunderland have made, why aren't we signing more players", it started to get on my tits.

Unless they sign someone worth thinking about, we should just concentrate on our own team. I couldn't say nothing on the subject forever, i like to have my say on things

I'm not saying that's what someone has said exactly word for word, but it's quite aggravating to here people comment on how many people Sunderland have signed and compare it to our activity in the transfer window. I'm not just talking about Not606 btw.

 

especially since nothing has happened at the toon for the last couple of weeks, with the lack of things to talk about Newcastle-wise, we're naturally going to look further afield for footballing things to talk about.

 

I wasn't p***ing my pants fella, i was just generally interested to see what the rest of us thought about this possible rumour, and i agree with the majority that when it comes down to your bitter arch rivals, of course we care if they have been stealing a march on us in the transfer market! This is a team we played off the park and humilated last season. Id want us to do that again this season! I just feel unless we sign a couple more decent players, in my opinion with the players THEY have signed. I think we will be in for a much harder couple of games. It is just my opinion though......we are all allowed to have them when it comes to forums.
