    Congratulations to Monk for his nomination for manager of the month, I dont think he will win it as i think Brendan will but to be nominated is a testament. in itself.. Also well done to Shelvey for his nomination for player of the month that again i dont see him winning but it shows he is playing well with 128 successful passes to his name....Well done to both...<ale>

    I thought Bob TS had told us all how **** Shelvey had been this month and all season to be fair. Maybe those choosing don't really know what they are talking about. Well done to both.

    Can't really complain about either getting the awards although the manager award could have gone to Rodgers and still been a fair result. And Kane was surely the only player in the running for the player award as his form is phenomenal, he has scored over 20 goals this season and I don't remember him starting at the beginning of the season for Spurs but I could be wrong there.

    Credit to Monk. We went through a sticky 5-6 games in January but he has managed to turn it around, points wise. Jonjo also seems to be a better in the 4 in the diamond position and is more threatening in front of goal.

    And now for something completely different! Was having a look at where some of our old Strikers were, and guess where Dobbie is? I couldn't believe he's now in League 1 for Fleetwood!!......<yikes> Surely he's too good for L1............<ok>

    It may be a move of convenience. Wasn't he playing for Blackpool again? He's got a young family and perhaps he needed a bit of stability after so many moves in recent years. Players are humans just like us, lol
