Maybe,Roo, thinks Jelavic should have scored a sitter. Do you or are you too busy with your infantile keyboard scrapping? <laugh>

Good point. Now for Burnley to lose. I see Sherwood has Villa going now.

Can't understand how we had 6 yellow cards and Leicester had nowt. Thought the ref did well until Dawson's yellow then just had a nightmare afterwards. Surely the two on Dawson and Bruce will be rescinded. Our discipline was alright I thought, although Dame should have known better and Thud was a slack bastard. People slagging him off need perspective I reckon. He's never been that consistent or a grafter, hence Spurs selling him to us. Last season was possibly his best ever, so a dip in form was entirely predictable. He can still pick a pass like no-one else in our side. Perhaps if Diame's fit for Chelski we will see whether we can cope without him for a bit.

A decent point all things considered. Leicester are proper dogshit if they can't take advantage against us when we aren't getting the rub of the green. We could probably get 3 more points and stay up at this rate.

Villa were decent, but Sunderland have lost all confidence; especially in the stands. My mate walked out at half-time, the first time in 55yrs, he knows his football and is a good Sunderland supporter - I said it some weeks back, these guys have serious problems and I take no pleasure in that, except it is a huge assist to our underperforming players who can't put clear chances away. Two points dropped.

On today's showing, only one team wanted to stay up. Leicester and Pearson are resigned to the Championship which is where they deserve to be, We have some tough matches coming up but we should have Diome back in the side soon. Diome and N'Doye together could provide that vital spark we need. I am looking forward to the next few weeks.

We got held up for about 20 minutes behind some inept copper who blocked the road with his ****ty little bike whilst he let the all the traffic in front of the coaches out and the coaches as well, wouldn't even let us out when nothing was coming!

****ing stupid, that will have clogged the entire inner ring road and city centre.

And of all those reasons to be cheerful Filey, I suggest the last is the most significant.

It was a sitter and he should've scored.

But unlike Roo, I'm not deluded into the idea that the only strikers that are any good are ones that score 20 goals a season.

I take great pleasure in Sunderland's problems , no doubt some of their fans will still be blaming Steve Bruce

A valuable away point gained in our march towards a historic third consecutive season in the English Premier League for Yorkshires top side, well done City.

I suppose technically they should. They dropped five points to us this season.

If you calculate that the bottom three will get points in the rest of the season at the same rate they have so far then 29 is enough.

Do you think that Burnley are going to get another 10 points?

Yes, it would be nice. I would have felt safe if we had beaten Leicester today.

Aye, Sunderland are poor. I hate having to rely on other teams, but it is what it is. Good that Qpr lost and hopefully Man city get there act together against Burnley.
