    ....well that scuppered my argument! Guess this thread has been an exception (Fingers crossed!) I try and tread carefully on the Toon board, and post without red and white tinted glasses, recent years supporting Sunderland has taught me never to brag or gloat, as I -will- inevitably be setting myself up for a fall. Too superstitious to get excited or arrogant about us, in case I jinx the team. (Those 15 points still haunt me a bit).

    I think it works like, say you gave someone rep 23 hours ago, then loads more 2 hours ago (maxing out your rep quota), in 1 hours time you'd be able to give out 1 rep before you'd "given out too much" again

    Go to rep people sometime but you've got to give rep to somebody else before you can rep that person again. You should be able to rep a good a good article or comment when it appears no matter who you repped earlier. It's the article/comment you're repping not the person.
