Still loads of seats together for the mags game like Is nearly a month off. Lower bowl at pitch level and up in the rafters you can still 7 or 8 together.

When QPR had Charlie Austin missing we said great, but look what happened. And look at the good players we had in 2011 compared to now !

Love the way Monty takes two unrelated parts of a thread and merges them into one. :emoticon-0136-giggl

Replacing Bent and Gyan with Ji and Connor was the writing on the wall. 6m on Gardner, bumper wages for average free agents. Pissed a good squad up the wall and evolved it into a laughing stock. Quinn and Bruce proper ****ed us up with erratic transfer business.

That's the team that I'd like to see though I'd prefer to see Wickham up front with Defoe and have Larson and Alvarez out wide.

I have to say I don't know a lot about Watmore, he didn't seem to make too much of an impact at Hibs last year on loan and has only just recovered from a broken leg so I'm a bit puzzled to see some people suggesting starting him. If he's shown he's good enough in the U-21's and in training then give him 20 30 minutes from the bench but throwing an inexperienced player in to a poor side in a relegation scrap from the start might be asking a bit much of the lad.

These are my thoughts and the team on paper looks reasonable, but these players need to start showing up at home, I really am worried about Villa and Aggythehor.

Just had a look at the survey they have at the bottom of the Mirror article, results pasted below, anyone confused by the results?

What's in store for Sunderland and Aston Villa?
    • Both stay up - 72.5%
    • Sunderland survive, Villa go down - 13.0%
    • Villa go down, Sunderland survive - 10.1%
    • Both go down - 4.3%

Attack is the best form of defense against gobshite's like him. So they've won a couple on the bounce? Well done. Now time for normal business to resume.

He picked up an injury when he joined and never got 100% fit. Bad luck, but here's what the Butcher(Hibs manager then) said about him.

Believe me mate, he's good and got all the things we need and don't have, pace, direct attitude, fire in his belly that's only beaten by Catts, hardworking defensively and an express train going forward. He has talent in abundance, he's been tearing up the U21 both before and after his leg break which wasn't a bad break. Gus has been to the last two development games to watch him. Him and PVA can bring us the width, pace and balance we desperately lack as currently we're **** on both flanks and **** down the middle. He's 21 and ready for the first team mate.

If he played against Villa he's going to be up against one three opponents, 1 a player being played well out of position, 2, their U18 left back or 3 they rush a senior left back back with injection. There won't be a better game to give him his full league debut. Or we can just do the same old boring ineffective **** and not try and take advantage of the most injury hit defence in the league.
