So, we obviously know that in any form of government, there are certain "special forces" within the government to take out political opponents. Or even an underground society, like the black market.

Are there wizard assassins? and if so, is there an equivalent to the Wizard Mafia or Yakuza?

 

I want to see their reaction to my Hermione thread.
