That's what I wore when I was in Hospital for about 3 months. (Hawaii shirts, not dungarees.) Everybody else was cutting about in their jammies and dressing gowns - me, the cool kid, was stalking the wards in Hawaii shirt and shorts. Quite a hit with the nurses, as I recall (well up until they realised I could pee on my own without their help - I was persona non grata after that)
