    What a load of tosh, everyone knows that football is tribal and there is no place for women in the game, especially as lineswomen, ask any women about the offside law, they have not got a clue!

    No, a women's place is without any doubt in the home, preferably in the kitchen and away from the Sky sports channel !<whistle>

    Any thoughts fellow blues, other fans and visiting Scummers?<whistle>

    I have to take slight issue with you SB3. I have not seen a lino at Home Park this season who has a clue about the offside rule and none of them have been female.

    I guess you must be single then?

    ****sake

    Gender should have absolutely NO bearing on what someone can and cannot do. If women want to play, watch or officiate football, then they should be able to. Likewise if a man wants to play netball then they should be able to.

    I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're being tongue in cheek

    I recall we had a female lineswoman officiating at Fratton Park a few years ago, and from memory she was very good at her job <ok>

    Well, I dunno about St Brendy, but Jen seems to keep to the Southampton board, and possibly the general board too, but I avoid that place like the plague because it's the most wretched hive of scum and villainy on the interweb

    Whatever you do Lapras don't read the similar article in the Guardian about some Chelsea fans - talk about some men being lower than cave man :mad:

    You have to remember that SB3 has discovered that you can post stuff about people's appearance or gender or race provided he uses one these <whistle> followed by varying numbers of these <laugh>

    Let me have a go;

    All Pompey residents are a bunch of inbred, criminal, stupid fish-botherers.<whistle><laugh><laugh><laugh>

    Of course I would have to repeat this everyday for years to get the full effect where nobody really read what I said and just assumed that I was spouting rubbish again.

    And no, of course I don't believe the above statement about Pompey residents. Some of you aren't.<whistle>

    I'm surprised Pompey haven't stooped to the level of employing women as they would be cheaper and I can't see how there would be a decline in the standard of footy at Fratton as the standard to start off with is well ..............

    What do you know of the standard played at FP? Have you been putting your Pompey shirt on and sneaking in to the Park?
