What's funny is no Arsenal fan thought we had a realistic chance of the title when it was December, yet deluded mancs were seen talking up their title chances when they went on some form, so talk about who really are the delusional fans, stupid mancs thought they were BACK and started talking from their arrogant asses again.
But it wasn't even a free kick but besides the point as contact carried on into the box mate. Obviously meant to comment on match thread
Fair play. Thought we were even in the first but in the 2nd we had the edge. Then Di Maria stupidity ended any chance of a comeback barring an implosion for us. We'll beat Liverpool to make it up to you lot.
Man U now need to do well against the majority of Spurs, Liverpool, City, Chelsea and Everton in the next 6 games to still have a good shout of the top 4...
Wembley's becoming like our second ground, we will be there 4 times now in 1 year. The previous 3 have been all wins, so that bodes well, still can't take anything for granted though, Wigan gave us a helluva game last year, so championship side or not, it will be tough, they have nothing to lose.
Thought the ref was a bit of a twat with this (but within his rights), not sure it made too much difference though as we didn`t trouble you too much in the second half
We've started this important month well with a win in the league and now a win away at OT to reach the FA Cup semi final. If we can continue this form we could have a really good finish to the season.
Let's enjoy it tonight and tomorrow. But after that, players need to be very focused back to the league and West Ham, we need to solidify our grip on 3rd
Do not understand why Arsenal would not now be in the title race? If Arsenal were to win it then of course they have to beat Chelsea at home. If they do they are a maximum of 9 points behind with 9 other games to play. I think Man City were 8 points behind with just 5 games to play recently and won the league so why not? It is unlikely yes but what if Arsenal close by for instance 3-4 points over the next 4 games? Then its only 5 points with 5 to play. When it gets that late and a club is just 5 or so points behind they are well and truly in the title race. It is also very possible that in the last 6-7 weeks teams find it hard to win. A continued run of wins by Arsenal will see them right in the thick of it with 4-5 games to go.
Look I'm not saying its impossible, but it'd take a Chavski meltdown to see us winning the title. For now our goals should be consolidating 3rd, retain FA Cup and see if we can pull off a miracle in Monaco. If Chavski do bottle the League and w somehow end up winning it I'll be ecstatic but I'm not pinning my hopes on it. Think 2nd is the max we can achieve this season.
Just take one game at a time and see what happens. IT is not uncommon for a seemingly dominant team to fall apart at the end of a season. United have done it , Arsenal have done it, City have done it, Chelsea have done it before. When its i just 9 points you can't rule it out. Wenger may say they are not in the title race but wait and see. It only takes a couple of bad results and the gap could be 3 points all of a sudden. It has happened time and time again over the years.
any slip ups from Chelsea now and Arsenal can catch them and Chelsea have Manchester Utd , Arsenal, Palace and Liverpool over a run of 4 games which is a potential 8-9 points dropped I believe. this could be enough for Arsenal to be level with 2 games to go.
