Willie-mageddon really is on Excellent performance and likeable surge up that hill- perhaps the most surprising part of all!
Cheers Bob!! 2 from home I dared to think he was going to serve it up to UDS but that one looks just a bit special The form he showed when winning the Haldon Gold Cup stood out by a mile and although beaten in the next couple of races he had excuses and was never a 40/1 shot. The break did God's Own good and the ground was perfect but UDS would have still won with all 13 and half stone of me on it's back!!
UDS looked a lot more settled to me than the last day - looked like Ruby got a breather into him coming down the hill and when he saw Gods Own he shook him up and zooooooooom. Very impressive and a tremendous front-running Performance. It was a joy to watch down the back straight as he glided from fence to fence, pinged every one of them, and the others were all at it in behind and making novicey mistakes. Superb.
wow this 4 timer for Mullins really could happen - got a small acca and L15 on it but I imagine there will be some who stand to win quite a bit more over the next hour or two!
Drever did his bit so it's Sticks turn next, come on Pendra! I'd already backed Barrakilla so done EW on Pendra aswell and rev forecast
****ing hell, i need to get myself on Downton Abbey if you get to give the prizes out at Cheltenham. You can just tell Ruby loves a bit of Downton.
I reckon so Bob. A great Tribute to Denman by Alastair Down. Indian Castle in the next because ...................... my sercretary at work picked it out (her Birthday is on the 14th). Bound to win.
Can anyone confirm how many places available on the placepot for that handicap? I think when I checked earlier it said 5 but having a few doubts!
