    Good Morning everyone,

Cellino has been talking with Simon Austin about next season.

“If we can get two, three new players in the summer then we will be strong next season,” said Cellino.

“Then we can start to think about the Premier League. But they have to be the right players.”

Are we only three quality players away from making it into the Premier league?

    If so, what positions?

Redfearn was delighted with the under-21 team's attacking against Huddersfield.

He told BBC Radio Leeds: "Kalvin was on bench Saturday, he's been in my thinking for a while now. Alex Purver with him, played well, little Dawson, Adryan, Walts, Brian, all of it just looked polished. They are developing into really good players.

"We know we've got talented young players but today they showed how good they are. We played so well, and it bodes well for the future."

Should the youngsters be given some first team action as the season is now drawing to an end?

    Morning Elland,

Thought I'd get a wee post in before I head off to work. I don't know how I cope with these 15 minute commutes! :D

First of all, if you want to start the day with a laugh, check out this link ... http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2015/03/09/leeds-united-fans-hijack-mccormacks-twitter-q-a/?

As for signing players, I'm already on record as saying we need a couple of killer strikers. Certs to go up if we do. Wingers might help, but then we've perhaps got the answer to that in Ajose & Walters. Just need to find out, which brings me to your next point ....

Should we be playing the reserve youngsters? There only is one answer, and that is deffo!! But not just them - the loan signings too. Got to decide if we need to keep them or not. My only stipulation for the kids is that they shouldn't get game time if we go through a losing streak. It's tough on them physically & more importantly, mentally - plus it's very difficult to shine in a struggling team.

Mornin all. Ive said before, problem with changing team around now, is if or when we lose a few games, every man and his dog will want Redders sacked. So, no, he wont be tinkering much when his career is on the line and hed be a fool if he did give the nature of the typical impatient Leeds fan

It's a good point, Eire, but I'd be hugely disappointed in him if he did this. So would 'his youngsters' in the Development squad, destroying his credibility. I don't think he can follow this course of action as it's equally destructive to him.

Good morning Matt from a very sunny Bardsey
I have always said if they are good enough they are old enough so yes now we are safe why not blood some youngsters in particularly Fabio and Montenegro
Watched the game last night as I had a small wager on Arsenal .It strikes me that LVG should be brought to task over the diving of several of his players Rooney got a penalty at Preston for his dive last night he must have instructed Young to try and get the Arsenal full back sent off fortunately Wenger countered this move unlike Redders by taking him off
The young winger had obviously got instructions to get into the area and dive agian the ref wasnt fooled he had already booked Di Maria for the same offence.I dont believe in coincidences I believe Van Gal was trying some gamesmenship if so he should be brought to book
Incidentally I thought Man U defence apart from De Gea were poor and the midfield were not much better

    Morning WJ,

    Hows yer new job pal?

    Great link.

Love Kissa's question about a relegation clause.

    Classic!!!

I sincerely hope that none of our strikers are here next season.

Mowatt is our joint leading scorer!

As we all know though Jock, football is all about results and Redders is in a precarious position. He needs to keep this run going to earn a new contract

    Morning Eire,

    Coyle forWootton

Dawson for Cook (to give Cook a well deserved few weeks off)

Montenegro for Taylor (so Taylor can slot into left back)

Cani for Sharp (need to give the lad a try out ffs)

    Walters or Adryan for Morison

If it is known that the team is experimental, cannot imagine Redders would be held accountable

Good Morning Mike, (I have missed your weather reports)

Good point about Del Fabro, he should be given a chance.

Anyone that touches a ref, should face an automatic 10 match ban

Ex-Millwall striker Neil Harris will take charge for the rest of the season.

I think There offer Harris it full time. I also think there struggle coming back up, Hackett was a great manager for them, I couldnt stand him, but he done a great job. Cant see anyone replicating that to be honest.

Morning all, we need to see more of these loan with an option to purchase players unless Redfearn and Cellino's mind is already made up that we are not going to keep them. It is all a little bewildering, do they have the wrong attitude on the (training) pitch, has Cellino already made up his mind that we are keeping Redfearn as head coach and has decided to give him more backing in the type of player he wants?

Maybe Cellino was only ever going to sign them if we won promotion, lots of questions that I doubt will be answered, if they are never going to feature let them return to their parent clubs now and lets save some dosh.

It is clear that there are half a dozen players that we will not be keeping. We should be telling them now that they are not in our plans for next season.

    Beradi
    Benedicic
White (think is out of contract end of season)
    Antenucci
    Doukara
    Bianci
