HTC One, HTC One M8 and next week HTC M9. Never had a problem with either, my HTC One still works. We also don't really get any HTC returns where I work.

    Fair enough. That's real.

I say that because I've always had a suspicion of the type of WHICH Magazine references to reliability. I think you know that I've spent some time working in retail as well, as yourself, and the Which magazine reliability tables just didn't/don't compare to real returns, in my opinion. Your personal experience counts far more with me, as that is the same framework that I work within.

HTC were the market leaders in smartphone tech making ppc (windows) devices.
I think they lost a lot of ground when phone operators wanted "locked" phones full of bloatware, HTC would often release their own clean roms with instructions on how to "upgrade" the software which lead to people "cooking" their own roms for phones. ( I had a HTC Hermes running WM6.5.2, cooked by myself).
Also HTC started making too many devices and would release them on set time scales which lead to some phones not having correct drivers ie HTC rhodium video driver, being slower with video rendering than previous models (HTC touch pro) .
When Android came out phone companies and providers could seize back full control of phones, puting on own versions and security.

HTC werent the best for build quality, I had 3 hermes I had to return as the speakers used to detach and on my touch pro the ribbon between keyboard and screen had to be replaced at my own cost even tho it was a known fault, but in general they were great devices.
Looking at the new HTC recently they looked every bit as good if not better then the competition.

BTW the first phone I ever "cooked" for was a Sony P800.

Any one want a Apple watch? Cheers Apple for want to sell a £10k version, I wonder how many phone stores get robbed because idiots think that version will be in store. I hardly see people wear watches these days, but I bet as it is Apple this will sell loads.

    I can't find my watch, it's most upsetting :(

Clearly an excuse to buy an Apple one.

Starting at around £300? To £10000 ( Doesn't include watch strap). The battery life is 18hrs max<laugh>. So **** keeping track of time for 24hrs. I bet it ends up getting tanked by more and more apps. So the battery life ends up at about 8-12 hrs.

It wouldn't as it is all gobbledygook. Jargon is designed to exclude other than a select few and is designed to make people seem much clever than they actually are.
