You wanna try being escorted or the bus ride from Edge Hill to Anfield/Goodison!

It was a bad idea taking Utd fans by bus from and to Edge Hill, it was better for them to have to walk along Scotty Rd from Lime St to Anfield, we had a twat of a hike from Victoria to OT so it was only fair you fellers had the equivalent.<whistle>

The police walked us the whole way to Goodison once and we were marched through this high rise estate under a shower of bricks from all corners. Very nice. Long ****ing walk too!

They want to keep you out of the centre I suppose. When they're not punching you in the ear for singing.

Nice little tram system from Victoria all the way up to Salford now, no need to be marched!

Yeah, they're spoilt these days, at some away games the coppers were more violent than the opposing fans.<laugh>

On an escort from Leeds station to Elland Road the few police escorting us just left us as we approached the ground, it was like Custer's last stand, the Leeds mob just came charging down the grass embankment at us like Sitting Bull and his Sioux braves.<laugh>

    The RS <laugh> <laugh>

Well done Blackburn despite the diving and cheating for penalties. How shameful to have to resort to blatant cheating to beat a football league side. <applause>

What odds for more cheating by the RS at Blackburn in the replay ??

If they cheat their way to the final I doubt even the ABUs would support them winning the FA Cup. The prestige our club as given the trophy would be sullied by them quite frankly!

Their attackers are now primed by Brenda to dive. Strange that the referees don't even book them despite the blatant attempts at cheating <whistle>

RS plan A: cheat and dive at all times

    Plan B: see plan A

We have to win tomorrow. Don't want a replay. And losing to MK Dons was bad enough, but United losing to Arsenal would be a new low

It would feel **** to lose against one of the rivals for the CL and on top we want to progress into the competition. But it wouldn't be a new low if we got a CL place.

What would be a low would be to beat arsenal and lose to Spurs. CL >>>> FA

spurs have done better against us than arsenal recently so it wouldn't be new :( I have to say I don't mind another season out of the CL if we win the FA Cup. I'll always take a trophy like the FA Cup above a league position (except 1st). Trophy > Top 4 imo. It's only a season without CL, not the end of the world.

If for some reason you don't get top 4, will LVG get the sack?

You mean second season without CL.

Not the end of the world and the FA cup would be great and more than enough compensation. But I doubt the owners will view it that way. I wouldn't sack him but the pressure might be so intense that the owners will give in.

Who knows but personally I hope not. I think he will improve, both our squad and our football.
