I hope you play like you did today. We will either beat you by the odd goal or you will beat us convincing. Going for a 2-1 victory to the Swans with Jonjo banned from our half of the pitch
On form we should beat Swansea easily. They bottle it each time they come up against a quality side. All we need is make sure we pack our midfield , let them play their nice passing game in front of us and hit them hard on the break. I see an easy 3-1 win.
Defo a tough one away from home but we're capable of getting a win, this Swans side is not as good as it was a couple of seasons ago.
any game at swansea is hard. if this game was t anfield id bet the house on us. recently swansea have had some big teams at home... dont let that table fool you.
What do you guys make of Jonjo (when he's not playing us)? Decent addition to the squad? I thought you might struggle for goals after Bony left, but your midfielders seem to be chipping in with a few. Think it'll be a close game.
We can win at Swansea, when we were going to Southampton no one gave us hope. Having said that, Swansea won at Southampton too. It is going to be a cracker. My worries "Monday Night Football".
Both sides play decent football. A draw wouldn't be a bad result....am more concerned about this game than the home game with Utd
Going on form then Liverpool should win.......But because of the Brendan factor and we are at home then it will be close and we may even nick it like we did against Man utd and Arsenal....
Personally if someone came in with a 6-8 million bid for him in the summer I'd sell him straight away because he gives the ball away far to often and does stupid/erratic things. That said, he does offer something different and has been playing better recently in a more attacking role and has scored some cracking goals for us. His biggest problem is that he either has a rating of 8/10 or 3/10 for me. He needs a good run to the end of the season with an average of 6/10.
Last four seasons. -- 1:0 0:0 2:2. Last five home (Swansea) 1:0 1:1 0:5 1:1 2:1 Last Five away (Liverpool) 0:1 0:1:2 0:0 0:2 Liverpool have not won there since Swansea were promoted.
The chelsea result aside, neither team are conceding many. Maybe a single goal takes it then....or a 0-0 draw....although this is harder to see given the type of football both play
I dunno. I feel swansea respect lfc too much especially away but at home swansea play a much better faster and higher pressing game. swansea have the set up to hurt us if they play thier best game. i just feel lfc lack goals unless sides do attack us so i can see us defending then hitting swansea on break all the time to get the goals.
