It was in reference to mitigating our win v City with "City look spent". If you are suggesting City are spent then it improves your odds of a positive result. I think City would have to be far worse than they were at Anfield to lose to your lot, Aguero v Jones.. oh Yes Please <laugh>

As for UIR, he's just been replying "Lizards" to anything I post, I see he's worked in some variation Liz ards by brilliantly figuring out how to use a spacebar to split a word

Sorry Sisu, i don`t base my opinion of other teams by their performance against Liverpool (or any other single team), i go off what has been seen on a regular basis for quite a while. Our chance of beating them now is better than it was earlier in the season but i would still have them as firm favourits as we are playing poor too.

    so so?

I have to base my assessment of utd v city on only two things

    1. Form

    2. Rivalry

I think city have a chip on thier shoulder with utd and love to beat them

I think utds home firm is highly impressive but their form lately has been all based on weaker teams

I will be looking to the spurs game up first to tell me where utd are at
I think draw is prob a good result for both here. I don't see utd hammering into them though

Liverpool have spent their fair share in recent years. Except you normally blow it on mediocre players with a few obvious exceptions. The whole "we can't financially compete" is ****e considering Liverpool's spending which was still crazy high despite not being in the champions league for about 5 years.

Just the other week you were claiming that once 11 men take to the pitch versus another 11 the money spent isn't that big an issue. ( I remeber this quite clearly as it stood above the other tripe that's spouted on this board regularly). You brought this up to defend Liverpool's fruitless summer spending but as soon as you beat a mega rich team like City suddenly the money spent is hugely relevant ?

Don't know what this means but I'm sure it is being brought up in attempt to deflect attention away from your fellow moron's stupidity.

But, our record in the Champions League despite us not qualifying as much as we'd like is superb, , 2 finals(winning one)2 semis and a quarter, this season was piss poor though, but over all every penny spent by Arsenal, Chelsea aint betterd our win ratio in the competition.

That was me idiot not Astro. BTW I said once the whistle goes for kickoff, the 11 v 11 is all that matters. Those that keep banging on about money are just insecure. You weren't on here banging on about money when you were 10 points ahead of us were you? ;)

As for your garbage about the City game, Can was excellent, Lovren was OK, Lallana was excellent and they all contributed to the 3 points collected.

If you want to bitch about spending, go visit the Chav Manc and City boards but if you want to act like a jilted lover over Lovren and Lallana, then stay on here I guess <laugh> Now shut the **** up or we'll take your best players this summer too :D

Is he a #legit Southampton fan though? #fakeaccount

If so he's a total joke. The way they sacked and shat all over Adkins after everything he did the moment they thought someone better was available. Of all football fans they have least right to complain about employees trying to get a better job.

Within hours of the Adkins sacking the Southampton board was "well we can't do anything let's move on". How about they finally move the **** on from Lallana, Lovren and Lambert <laugh>

Its the standard response to any theory you post. Make stuff up and people will often mock you.

You have plenty of experience in making stuff up that never happened and never will. Therefore, Lizards are at play.

Spent more than any club in the history of football in order to not win a title.

The money argument is easily dismissed the instant a liverpool fan/employee brings it up.

How can you explain 800million spent for a few cups?

Easily, those who spent the money weren't good enough(so far in Rodgers case)to win the title.

Just as the money spent by O'Farrell, McGuiness, Docherty, Sexton and Atkinson never won them title, you're just myopic UIR.
