I did say in a post the other day that if we got Defoe from Spurs, then Gyan going the other way would be part of the deal. For me this could have a ring of truth about it, with Gyan's "agent" (?) constantly touting him for a move away, and also Bruce's concerns about losing him for 2 months when the African Nation's Cup gets under way.
Wouldn't bother too much about Duport.. He's one of gbsafc4eva's alter egos, along with Nuffield. He'll deny this studiously but it's so obvious it's comical reading through any thread "they" are involved in. Besides, in an earlier thread BB revealed they had the same ip address and hardware id.. My dad had a Chrysler back in the 70's, big old ****ing yankee thing but had come in from Australia so had RHD. V8 engine & auto column change, did about 12MPG if I recall. He didn't keep it long.

BB - this whole Defoe thing has been gathering pace for several days and no-one either at Spurs or SAFC are denying it. If this comes off it will undoubtedly be the best squad ive seen in my lifetime. The tension is killing me, the AOL is about 20miles away but i feel like driving down there A team style through the gates just to confirm if this is true or not!
