Is this open season for Syd or summit? There seems to be an awful lot of unwarranted stick going his way..

Some of us have our cards marked because our reputation go's before us.
Baz is one & I'm another. Haway, you've met me, I'm hardly intimidating am I?
But I refuse to back down to the threat of another red card.
Sid can do what he likes - infact, he can suck my plums.

I delete a blatantly racist comment from the Ginger Farage and I'm automatically the bad guy? You came looking for me Billy, not the other way round.

I'm letting it drop but you threatened the red card.
I never made a racist comment.

What? I threaten a red card for being persistently racist and that's a bad thing is it?

Look, I've nowt against you or Ginge, but there's a point where one stops just saying what one thinks and one starts being (deliberately) offensive.

p.s. I'm using the term "one" so you don't think I'm having a pop at you, not because I'm posh.

I think you are a cracking lad marra, but the fact is that the mods have guidelines which they must follow in order to keep this site from getting into bother, and from what I have saw, Syd does let things go as far as he can before ever taking action..

So you are threatening to ban posters for racism but at the same time you are showing signs of prejudice and making a personal attack on a poster over his ginger hair. Sounds fair.

Jonny Evans and Papiss Cisse banned for spitting

The Football Association has banned Manchester United's Jonny Evans for six games and Newcastle's Papiss Cisse for seven matches for spitting.

Evans, 27, had denied the charge which related to an incident with Cisse in Manchester United's 1-0 win over the Magpies on Wednesday.

"Mr Evans denied the charge but it was found proven," said an FA statement.

Cisse, 29, accepted the charge and has been suspended for an extra game as he has already received a ban this season.
