I think what United needed was being behind at 11 minutes from a penalty. We would then have been forced to attack with more aggression and abandon for the rest of the match.

Lucky over the whole season and get a CL place? I'll take that...at least for this season. Not sure next season though.

 

To be fair, Young has been one of our best performers on the left this season so I can see why he would try this.

He has a point. I can think of 2 games off the top of my head where liverpool were equally lucky to claim the 3 points. Southampton and QPR away. You dont hear United fans worrying about it.
