Lots of **** nuggetry on this thread. How someone can prefer Ashley over King I'll never know. I'm not even a fan of the tax dodging ****, at least hes not a ****ing slimy fat **** like Ashley though. 20 Years from now I have no doubt that the fat **** will be barred from holding any director positions. There's no way a **** that bent can keep up the appearance forever.

Good move from Ashley, he now has 100% control on board and has forced Kings hand. If King was lying about already having a nomad he is right in the ****, he will have to prove he has enough cash to pay off Ashleys loans, payoff Leach and Llambias and provide £2m approx a month to keep club afloat until season ticket renewal time and thats alot of cash and not even mentioning his tax past! For the club to be self sufficient he would also need to pay SD out of retail deal otherwise there is little revenue coming in.
Paul Murray will be in control of Rangers initially, as interim chairman, whilst Dave King undergoes scrutiny ... but Paul Murray himself could also fall foul of the 'fit and proper person' criteria, so maybe John Gilligan will be left 'holding the fort' !
