Good point in the end. Just hope it's the last we see of Danny boy. Both bridcutt and cats were **** tonight.
It's always hard to play a cheating team like hull as we know.

The Johnson saga must have, imo, knocked the team back coming as it did a day before the match. So, hopefully, to come back and scrape a draw will have a positive effect.
Just hoping for a win soon as my missus isn't going to put up with these mood swings much longer...........then again I could take that as another positive!!!..........KTF

Cats knew what he was doing there man, misses two games but is back for the mags game he knew there was no way he's going to get through the next 2 games without a yellow which would have meant missing the derby. Shame to have him missing but I'm glad he'll defo be available for the derby

Yep, he's been doing himself no favours whatsoever recently. It's either a baffling teamsheet and/or tactics or thoughtless comments to the press.

I'm still behind him for the time being but it's more blind faith than anything, I'm still hoping he can get his **** together and keep us up. I do think it's fair to say a better manager would do better with the squad we have but I don't know who that would be.

Sorry I reckon we'd have been better off with him on from the beginning. He's probably our biggest attacking threat with Defoe.

Well done on the point, it makes you look a lot better than a loss would have done (4points from the drop zone with some nice home matches still to come) and gives you some impetus.

The result says slot about Hull though, I thought first half was as bad as I've seen you play for a while - just stringing basic passes together looked beyond much of your midfield. The didn't capitalise and you were never out of it and although I thought Hull shaded it a draw was about fair.

Unless QPR or Burnley can put a string of games together it does seem as though the gap is forming between 17th and 18th... win at the weekend and you'll be fine. Even a draw would edge you closer.

I PVA cant defend thats why he was left out
2 We would have been murdered in an open game
3 Catts needed help in midfield to take the pressure off him
4 We needed an game changing option from the bench second half
    5 A point was a good result
6 It would have been brilliant but for Fosters rush of blood.
Well done Sunderland, we will get a decent ref someday soon.
