Never even heard of this rumour until I read the BBC article on him that said "The Canadian-born midfielder recently used YouTube to post daily fitness videos and has been linked with a possible move to Scottish champions Rangers, newly-promoted QPR and various MLS sides." Can I just say, thanks, but no thanks. I think a lot of clubs are going to stay well away from this fella unless they get him on a pay as you play deal. A decent midfielder when fit, but when exactly is that?
Probably, but if he was willing to take £15k a week to play for one of the biggest clubs in Europe, in front of 50,000 and compete for trophies, on a pay as you play deal, then I'd take him.
It was some **** that was working in JJB Sports or something, can't remember his name though, people were on about it on GC a few days ago.
I even read this thread a few weeks ago, can't for the life of me remember funny as **** though. As for Hargreaves I would have him worth a shot for free and pay as you play.
Id imagine he might be willing to join on a pay as you play deal - problem is if he does play he'd probably be wanting about £50k a game to make up for that fact. So whilst an EPL side may be willing to agree this - Rangers (or Celtic) couldnt afford this The money men woudl probably tell our managers NOT to pick him too often if he is fit if we did get them at that level!!
