I'm not defending the spastics in the Celtic supports, but given the fines and charges for a single flare, you'd therefore be expecting teams like Dynamo Kiev to be booted out the completion after the violence their fans committed last Thursday.
There is no problem and hence no punishment unless someone complains to UEFA re flares. There are three likely sources as to who complains re Celtic flairs, the Scottish media, probably Daily Record, the club from Govan, or the sectarian bastard who had to leave his job with the Scottish referees board and was placed in Europe. I think it is him, if you remember the Wallace/Bobby Sands banner. UEFA announced at the beginning of work the next day they were investigating it. Someone in the know, that had to be closely involved with UEFA as non Scots/Irish wouldn''t have understood the significance. if the complaint was from Scotland UEFA would have to spend some time checking out the validity, but they didn't I think he is doing us more harm than ever.
