  2. My "prediction" regarding Bale was based on what Cliff Jones had been telling the media.

What other player "predictions" have I made?

You don't have to refer to my predictions that both Fabregas and Nasri would desert your club for bigger and better opportunities, since I'm sure you will be able to remember those well enough.

Yeah we have been pretty poor today. Season over for both us and spuds now. Well, after tomorrow anyway.

I thought that we were supposed to be the arrogant and delusional ones?
Definitely beat Palace. It's a certainty. Or, you know, lose and get completely outplayed. One or the other.

Tricky, was it you who predicted an easy win today?

EDIT: PNP posted the answer just as I posted my question!

West Ham slipped up in their bid to complete the power shift from Spurs today, so currently as it stands it's Liverpool and Everton who have completed the shift and Southampton who are on target to complete the power shift. Remember this is all according to HIAG logic, which shall now be abbreviated as ATHL <ok>

Are you saying that you don't believe in your own logic HIAG ?

  10. The Spanners are 9th, PESKIE. And you reckon there's been a shift!
    <doh>

That is, by any standards, a fail of Epic proportions!

I'm only using your logic HIAG. Are you admitting that your logic is fail of epic proportions ?

Southampton could even afford a slip up today to stay above the Spuds and remain on target for the power shift from Spurs <ok>

    #ATHL (according to HIAG logic)

Southampton have scored just one goal in their last five league games. And failed to score at all in their last three. Hardly suggests a power shift there either. But please, keep trying.

As I mentioned this appraisal is based on ATHL <ok>

  15. Sorry, PESKIE, but you cannot wriggle out of this one. Whether you use my methods, those of Sherlock Holmes, or whether you actually try to think for yourself, you predicted that the Spanners will make a shift on us this season. They are currently 9th. You had better pray that those useless ****ers manage to pull something out of the bag in the time that's left, or I am calling you out on this one, and you will be well and truly "owned."

Wrong again HIAG. And here's why :

    (1) I said that the Hammers had the potential to complete the power shift on Spurs (not that they had)

    (2) West Ham were only one of the potential teams who could complete the power shift. Southampton are another and Liverpool have already completed it.

    (3) (and here's the cruncher) I'm basing it on your logic that one season finishing above another team counts as a power shift

    Keep Diggin'

  17. If we finish above you this season that could, according to some, but not necessarily me, indicate a shift in power between us. Clearly, if we were to finish above you twice or three times in a row, that would far more solid proof that the shift is permanent.

I think someone has already called you out on your suggestion that either Saints of the Spanners are likely to finish above us next season, even if they do manage to pull off the unlikely and finish above us this season.

You keep making a complete tool of yourself.

You are tying yourself up in knots HAIG. You've already said that the minute the Spuds finish above Arsenal the shift would have happened.

You talk so much ****, you can't even keep up with what you've said previously <laugh>

Are you going to ask me for proof and quotes and demand an apology again ? <laugh>

Like you did when I mentioned you saying that it would be an easy 3 points at home against the Hammers ?

  20. That is not correct, PESKIE. That's how it might appear to some people. I have been extremely careful to emphasize that I don't necessarily feel the same way.
