The club has already answered people who think cellino is going , by saying the club is not up for sale , cellino will come back when he has stuffed 2 fingers up at the league bosses where the sun dont shine ! as they deserve it for trying to disrupt leeds progress im glad we are laughing at them now after our recent good run of 5 wins in 6 matches
I know he is planning on staying right now but I think that'll change within a year. FL won't let him back in without one hell of a fight, pair that with quite a few court cases coming up which he will have to win ALL of them to even be considered, when will he say enough is enough do you think?
his family own his stake now so he can take on the league as in italian law i believe by what i have read that he has not guilty under italian law
Not quite, he is currently guilty and appealing the verdict to the third and highest stage available in italian law. If someone is found guilty and fined in Britain and they appealed would you consider them innocent or guilty?
He is not guilty in the italian legal sense yet. It is also quite common for appeals to be successful in italy. He does however have a lot of cases coming up which all seem to be, at this stage anyway, like he is fighting a losing battle. This still didn't stop the FL from banning him anyway, they are also looking at banning him further without regard for the italian system. They clearly didn't want him in charge in the first place either, they won't stop. He will get tired of it imo. and his family won't want to run the club without him forever.
Lets take your arguement in stages 1. yes it is quite common for appeals to be successful in italy thats part of the reason why he is fighting it , and as i said he is not guilty in italian legal and italian leagues are under eufa therefore if the league bans him and he appeals to eufa and i cannot see why he cannot get a not guilty ruling in italy then the league will have to get down on there 1 SIDED MAN UTD LEGS AND SAY SORRY ! and take away the banning order and then they will in future be very careful when putting any order on him knowing he can go to eufa . 2.he does have another case hidden away in the leagues filing cabinet AS THEY ARE WAITING TO SEE HOW THIS GOES ! but when HE WINS THIS they will be reluctant to bring the other out unless it is concrete and watertight just like a mafia coffin is ! ha ha and even if he did get found guilty on the 2nd one and the first he gets away with they then could only ban him for 4 months . 3. the football league banned him but will have egg on their faces when he wins . 4. your right they did not want him in charge in the first place because a) he has got alot of money and could get leeds utd back to their rightful place at the top of the premier league and they dont want that as we dominated the top league before for 10 years and stopped man utd winning it and as their are alot of man utd directors in the league set up its not surprising they dont want us at the top b) also he did have the yaught tax thing hanging over him BUT IS STILL NOT GUILTY UNDER ITALIAN LEGAL. 5. he wont get tired of it as he knows if leeds utd get into premier league they recieve around 50 million pounds . 6. his family can run the business for as long as he wants as THAT IS HOW BUSINESS IS DONE ANYWAY IN ITALY. yesterday it was leeds defence that let them down and he will get better players in with his mountain of money so relax and enjoy the ride TO THE TOP !
