I don't think I'm in a minority at all, he's by no means perfect but he is open and honest, he'll learn from his mistakes and we are far better off with him then without! For a club our size to be in the premiership takes some doing, not just to be there but to keep running, the only hope we have is by expanding our fan base home and maybe more importantly abroad, the way to do that in the modern world is social media. Quite frankly it's tough if you don't like it, if you think you can do a better job then I suggest you become a multi millionaire and buy the club yourself, then you can have what you probably want which is a mid table championship team with a hard core 10k fans a week!

If that's what you believe, fair play to you, but to me, Tony is not raising our profile on social media, he's raising his own and Air Asia's (note the caps in most interviews on sky), its also not really prudent to employ a media team and then undermine them and try and do all the media work yourself. It looks like self indulgent behaviour to some.

A club of our size was struggling to pull in the magic the 10K just a few years ago, buckets on the terrace's, lee cook fees given back, not a situation any of us want to see repeated, no fans equal no atmosphere. equals no club. So the club set about employing a host of international stars the moment Tony arrives, Bosingwa, Samba, Ceasar, Granero, FFS Park to name just a few. All this while playing in a stadium that returns just 18,000 tickets a game. Has Tony used his money? developed RSI writing cheques? no he just ticked it all on the club. What a guy. Add in the FFP situation and he will heading for the hill's before you tell him how many millions he owes this time.

When the going got tough at Caterham F1 tony ducked out, I'm sure we'll be ok, he won't do again.

On a side note Tony bought the club from F1 supremos Tango & Cash (Bernie & Flavio for the younger audience) who got our Tony to make up the numbers in F1 and buy a Football club with almost no facilities at all, the whole time making money out of Tony & Us and leaving the club fresh in the premier league. Bastards, though at the time I admit I thought the grass was greener with anyone else.

If you want an expanded fan base that's great I would love one too, but will these foreign fans be there when we will inevitably be playing port vale on a Tuesday, possibly at any premier fixture on a Saturday? if they can get a ticket. I just hope those generous Koreans will send their money in untraceable brown envelopes via my Swindon sorting office while hunting for streams of our championship games next year. I don't see how else their going to help us.

Social media to improve a football club! how about some scouts, an academy and some decent medics oh yeah I almost forgot, I'll have some good football too. Show me one club where social media has been played a pivitol role in its sustained success. Man Utd & Liverpool have TV channels press conferences for the good stuff the beyond trivia and testing the water stuff is saved for twitter. Twitter makes us no money.

As it stands, Twitter is where Joey, Tony & Rio all make us look like fools by association, nothing more.

We do need a bigger stadium on that we both agree I hope, Tony did too, 40,000 no less in a area with 4 clubs in the top two tiers, so Tony employed a 'expert' in project management and event management to 'get it over the line,' not a football man when taking on a venture with no experience, no, we needed Phil Beard, Phil recently quit QPR and I'm just guessing, given his record a the R's, we won't be seeing him anywhere near a football club in while. Phil leaves us having achieved? Pissed off the Land holders? Pissed me off that's for sure He'd have been more use as a backup FB.

You do make an interesting point about buying the club, in the likely event I become a multi millionare I may consider buying the club but only after buying a low cost airline and then employing Robbie Savage & Steve Claridge to run it for me. If I've got any dosh left I'll then buy Chelsea FC just so I can turn into a home for stray cats, Then I would buy QPR.

I may do even worse job of it than Tony, but I hope I'd not grin & bluff may way through as if as I was the bloody messiah.

Tony's not the messiah, he's a very naughty boy.
