Said to be awaiting a test required by FIA. Reported that he suffered some memory loss after crash, but McClaren hopeful he will pass test.
West Indies haven't been good or at least consistent for a while...their in-fighting doesn't help either.
Any Orbital fans in here? You can pre-order Paul Hartnoll's new project, 8:58 (pretty much Orbital in everything but name). It has Robert Smith, Ed Harcourt, The Unthanks and....umm...Fable on it! http://www.amazon.co.uk/8-58-Paul-Hartnoll/dp/B00TA21ZF8
Leonard Nimoy was major part of my youth. Star Trek had a huge following when I was at Uni...Common Room was packed when it was on.
He was a singer too....sort of. The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins is a particularly terrible song of his, but brilliant because its so terrible. He also collaborated with Bill Shatner on an album .
Harsh Fran, don't judge his music out of context, it was only slightly terrible compared to loads of music from the same time, and it has a certain charm.

He gave up smoking 30 years ago, but in his own words was too late. Some may say he lived to 83, but he was in and out of hospital for many years. Message there.
COPD........indeed Fran a message to all smokers out there, I gave up smoking 8 years ago because I was told I have COPD through 22 years of a 30 a day habit. Luckily mine is managed through medication..... I still work a physical job but football and running are certainly a thing of the past.
Sorry to hear that, but glad medication is helping. Smokers say daft things like 'who wants to be 70' but make the assumption they will be healthy but just drop dead a few years early. In fact, they may be ill for many years. My son is an average smoker and has given up several times...I no longer say anything...what's the point in nagging. I just tell him to outlive me.
It took a year for the wife to give up after I had done so......I found it quite easy because my dr said "do you want to be in a chair with tubes from an oxygen tank up my nostrils"? When the no smoking in pubs/at work was a complete godsend to me. I don't let it affect me at all apart from today when at work a 6 a side tournament is being set up...I can watch but not join in.
