TBH in Liverpool's defence, they lost to penalties, and Besiktas away is not an easy ground lest we forget, we played there too and didn't win and struggled, and Besiktas could have won that game. And then in the second leg by the edge of our asses we managed to go through. It's the luck of the draw, had fixtures been in reverse, first game in Istanbul, second game at Anfield, Liverpool most likely would have gone through.
