This thread needs a bump. Yesterday I ruined dinner by taking the chicken out too early. I was slightly hangover and very knackered and had a need to eat a chicken wing hot so I jumped the gun and ****ed up the family meal as the breasts were still raw. It went back in and ended up well done but I couldn't quite extricate myself from the dog house. Today I had a chicken salad for my dinner. Loads of it.
Haha. Good work. I like my chicken skin crispy. So always do lots of basting to get said skin crispy then eat a wing once it's cooked and the meat is resting.
Having yesterdays leftover chilli with brown rice. For breakfast I had a smoothie, as I have a new toy, consisting of bananas, natural yoghurt, porridge oats and milk. Didn't really keep me full so have had two organic rice cakes with almond butter as a mid morning snack.
I bought some good quality Turkish Yoghurt from Lidl, it's bloodly lovely I've been having it with honey for breakfast.
