I give you, that should have been a red card. Nani should have gotten a yellow for embellishment (stayed down for a good 30 secs to a minute, got up, ran to the ref, screamed at him, and fell to the ground literally crying again...) Convenient, though, that most Man U fans seem to forget that not even two minutes later, Rafael should have gotten a straight red for his tackle on Mereiles (I believe.) The ref was lenient on both calls, but consistent.

back on topic, Vidic has slipped considerably as a player. he was brilliant for a couple of seasons but these days every time he's up against someone pacy or physical he invariably ends up the wrong side of them with a handful of shirt or hacking them down. If he's lucky it's just outside the 18. Still a very good defender but for me he's riding his name and the support of his teammates more and more.
