I just watched last nights MOTD, QPR got lucky only going down to 10, Furlongs challenge was a shocker, 2 footed lunge into Jela. Straight red card every day of the week. Surprised more hasn't been made of it to be honest.
"I just felt we had a young kid, 19 years of age, making his debut. Really, senior pros shouldn't be running over asking for him to be sent off. I'm in a tough position to say this but you've got to have a bit more about you. If the boot was on the other foot, I wouldn't be screaming for a 19-year-old kid from Hull to be sent off." Well I for one think it's touching that Barton cares so much about his younger teammates. It's just like that time when he was worried a youth team player might be getting chilly, so he stubbed a cigar out in his eye.
All the crying about the Barnes tackle, the head shaking a Bartons willy cup, not a single word mentioned about this horrible two footed lunge. How is that not a red card?
No shock with the same team and subs. Nice change actually. Great start and Barton lived upto his mental side and badly let down his team. Poor defending by City for the Austin goal. Other than that Austin did nowt until his tweet having a go at Barton. Great save from Rob Green from N'Doye's header but a great cross in by Brady (memories of Ian Butler) straight onto the nut of N'Doye for a great 2-1 win. Job done and hahahaha @ Gilet man Tim Sherwood. Not the best game overall but who cares ? It is results that matter most now.
I'd just like to remind everyone that Bummers had a bet on us to get relegated this season. He brings it up whenever we get beaten so...
