Well I don't think they played in our half very much and when they did attack they didn't seem to push many men forward so I suppose its how you interpret "park the bus" - it was a typical Pulis away game for me.

That`s exactly what it was but we weren`t good enough to do anything about it.

    We should have.

I interpret it how it's meant. Putting the bus infront of a goal so the ball can't get through. We had two shots on target. Not a lot for the Bus to do today.

Parking the bus, I'd say goes further than just getting all 11 behind the ball. It involves absolutely packing your defence deeply meaning no space is available, even after clever movement or a pass or a run, literally no room.

Well I interpret it as stopping the opo from scoring and having no interest in scoring myself so we will probably have to beg to differ. Stopping goals against is part of football having no ambition to try and score is not for me. Some teams will absorb pressure for say 75mins and then have a go WBA showed NO ambition for the 90+ minutes and that is "parking the bus" in my eyes- thing that makes me laugh is that some on here were wishing we had got Pulis as manager and remember Albion were not playing a Man City or Chelsea where they would be expected to park the bus

We'll have to agree to disagree fella. To park the bus you to keep 11 men behind the ball imo. West brom didn't do that, they didn't remotely need too.

I get the impression that someone has got into their heads and it is preventing them from playing to their full potential, there is no doubt they have some talented players but at the same time there is something wrong, why oh why would anyone after winning the toss send Australia in to bat , with no pressure at all on them they just went for it

unfortunately that is English cricket at the moment - I will bet the Aussies were laughing when they didn't select Stokes for the squad?
