Every man and his dog said friend got it wrong again last week yet the ****er was the 4th ifficilal in the champions league midwee, i bet a pound to the penny its unanimous again tonight
While we're slating officials, the linesman on the East stand side in th first half was shocking. His decisions were maybe not so crucial but loads against us wrong. There was even one he just shrugged his shoulders cos he didn't have a clue then gave the throw in West Brom's way. huh?
Just seen the match on Sky and TBF the ref probably got the Lescott incident right - the ball looked as tho it might have gone straight through to the keeper so a yellow was right IMO. The offside goal however grrr
How has he not been punished with a few weeks in championship? Thought that's what happens? Maybe if it was Chelsea or even Bradford on the receiving end they'd care more. Still pretty sure we are the only team to ever be punished with an extra game for an erroneous appeal against a red card? Turner a few years ago. Countless appeals turned down now but no extra game bans. It really is us against the world. Need to foster this siege mentality.
Thing is mate they arent even dubious, just plain blatent, we'll see in a bit, shearer looks like max branning btw
Just seen Chelsea match on MOTD... its not just us. 2 pens denied, Barnes should have been yellowed before Matic incident and should have been sent off for the tackle. Atkinson you are either corrupt or inept.
aye but watch Brucie's son at the start when Barton is talking to the ref his right arm looks as though he might of flicked Barton in the love spuds. Apparently Barton said on twitter that Hull players were trying to get the young qpr player sent off/booked - sorry Joey we all know that the Hull players don't do things like that
How the **** in the letter of the law can you give a foul but not a red on the last man, johnson was onside, i give up me like
Graham wasn't going to get near the ball and there was very little contact so I can understand that decision. If Graham was going to get near the ball he'd have stayed up under that little contact. The goal was unlucky, AJ beat the offside trap so well that it was hard to believe he was onside. Difficult one. Should have been a win but we need to play better and need to be able to kill off games like this.
If there was enough contact for a yellow there was enough for a red ........ how can there be any argument? At the moment of contact Lescott was the last man and Graham may have reached the ball. That's a red card no matter how slight the pull. If that had been the last minute it would've been a red for certain. Referees simply believe they can orchestrate games and 'balance things up'. Unfortunately he compounded that error by wiping off an excellent goal. Let's hope we benefit from a poor decision next week with a ludicrous winning penalty, in the last minute, in front of the Sunderland support.
