No doubt Gus we see something, in that match, that the fans can't.

I could say that I almost feel bored supporting Sunderland at the minute!! I was expecting a defeat today due to WBA picking up recently but when they dont have to play well in order to pick up an easy point, it's unforgivable but oh so predictable!

I also thought we were much improved, not getting all the negativity? PVA should have started, 100%, but maybe he had a knock or something we don't know about.

Out of interest how many toon fans rubbed you lots nose in it for that 8-0 saints battering?

They're looking like they're going for a new record here.

    Toothless isn't the word.

    I'm having a tenner on 10-0

Strong as **** tastes lovely but smells revolting. Best bang for the buck based on quality and strength from my corner shop so went with that today thank god. It's semi-carbonated so has more life in it than our football team that's for sure.

I agree fella. but that being the line up and given the first half performance I would have gone with an early sub second half. Vergini and Graham off for PVA and and Connor. We didn't see the PVA change untill 5 minutes left to go. It's a ****ing joke. There's thousands sat around me making better tactical calls than Gus, that's how we know it scary that Gus as slow as our attacking play on making necessary changes. Not Poyet's fault though. No, it never is, is it?

At least we showed more intent and determination to get forward even if the final ball was poor. Albion were always going to be a tough task and I guess they left with the point they came for.

They did, and we weren`t good enough to stop them getting it.

Just walked in after another dismal 3 hour drive in the dark, how many times have I done that journey <doh>

West Brom were horrible, diving, time wasting cheats ........ after seeing that I'd be pleased to see them go down.

Our midfield moves the ball way too slowly and and it's impossible to work out if the strikers are any good or not.

I agree it wasn't a terrible performance against a team that effectively parked the bus - although I thought Alvarez should nave been subbed a lot earlier he had another shocker. I was suprised to see Danny Graham come off I thought he played alright today. If we had got the decisions we could have won that by half time the sending off and the disallowed goal (which I haven't seen a replay but some people are saying he was on) would of made a big difference.

Well I quite enjoyed my 3rd 0-0 of the season!

Negatives on here are a little unfair I think. I thought the home crowd were really good today in the main.

On the pitch, the ref really was poor and I cannot see how he can justify not giving a red card to lescott. There was one foul on Larsson at our end that he gave the other way. I literally cannot even begin to explain why.

Sunderland played quite well, never looked in any danger at all of conceding, Wes and John defensively were superb. We got the ball to AJ and Ricky in good areas. The pace is too slow and Vergini isn't good enough offensively to play right back.

There MUST be a reason PVA was left out that we aren't privy to. Maybe he's been a **** in training all week? Maybe a fitness issue? We simply don't know. I will say he didn't look motivated when he did come on.

Generally encouraged. However, wish Gus wouldn't go 442 to get Alvarez in, he has done little to merit that in my eyes.

Doesn't that imply they put men behind the ball to deal with on onslaught of attack? They played for the point but there was no bus parking imo, that's giving us credit of attacking intent which we completely lacked as far as i'm concerned.
